It also offers a covered balcony with patio furniture so that you can enjoy the views while you are sipping on your coffee or a glass of wine. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin over a queen bed with its own bathroom. On this floor you will also find the laundry area with a washer & dryer.

The second floor offers the living room, fully stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Off of the living room you will find a sliding glass door that leads out to the open balcony. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed.

This townhome is located approximately 0.7 miles south of the Surf City High Rise Bridge.
