It’s hard to choose just one favorite space at **High Noon**! We absolutely love the porches—**sunrise from the front and sunset from the back**—giving you a beautiful place to begin and end each beach day.
Inside, the **open kitchen and living area** keeps everyone together, whether you’re cooking, having morning coffee, playing games or just relaxing after a day on the beach.

And then there’s our **downstairs bonus space**, which may quickly become one of your favorite spots too. Enjoy the afternoon shade, ocean breeze and outdoor shower, or simply hang out and unwind after coming in from the beach.

Topsail Island’s Surf City is a quiet, family-friendly beach community centered around the Surf City Ocean Pier and a compact downtown along Highway 50/US‑17. Visitors come for clean, uncrowded beaches, fishing from the pier, local seafood restaurants, small shops, and nearby outdoor activities (kayaking, paddleboarding, shelling, occasional surf). The town combines island-vibe relaxation with the basic services guests expect (small markets, rental shops, casual dining).

Getting around Surf City is easy! Having a car is convenient for exploring everything the island and nearby mainland have to offer, while **biking is a fun and popular way to experience the island**—and bikes are available to rent locally.

High Noon is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, parks and local favorites, while the pier, shops, additional beach accesses and other Surf City attractions are just a quick drive or bike ride away.

For larger grocery runs, shopping or exploring beyond the island, simply head across the Surf City bridge to the mainland. Whether you choose to **walk, bike or drive**, High Noon is a great home base for enjoying Surf City and Topsail Island at your own pace.

We’ve tried to make packing for High Noon a little easier by providing some of those essentials and bulky beach items you’d rather not have to bring from home. You’ll typically find hair dryers, clothes steamers, beach chairs and sand toys available for your stay. Because we aren’t at the property daily and things can occasionally be moved, used or need replacing between stays, availability may change. If there’s something specific you’re counting on, just reach out before packing and we’ll be happy to check for you.
