„Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! „Great house! Perfect for our family of 4 & dog. With 5 spacious bedrooms the house easily could have accommodated another full family. Lots of space and every amenity you could possibly need. „We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. „Lovely home with amazing views. The view of the ocean is better than the photos capture. I was able to enjoy being close to the waves while taking care of my mother with dementia. The elevator made this a possibility. The home is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and a bathroom in each bedroom was very helpful. I will definitely plan another stay in the future.“

„We really enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to have a broom/dustpan or a stick vacuum for small clean ups since you are at the beach and no daily housekeeping. Otherwise extremely satisfied with our stay. “

„Easy check-in and check-out process, great spot for couples retreat. Canal dock makes for relaxing spot, easy to launch kayaks, also has boat lift. Screened in porch helps with privacy from neighbors.Inside was clean for a beach property. Most appliances seemed fairly new. „Lovely beach house in a great location with everything we needed for a family gathering. The two covered decks with the comfortable rocking chairs were a hit as were all the en-suite bathrooms! The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries and luggage up to the top floor, especially for the 70 year olds in the group. Would definitely return here.“
