Welcome to The Zephyr House, a designer coastal retreat nestled in historic Zeus Park — one of Hobe Sound's most charming neighborhoods, named for the Greek street grid laid out during Florida's 1920s land boom. Thoughtfully stocked and styled for a seamless stay, Zephyr House delivers the kind of attention to detail that turns a good trip into an unforgettable one. A leisurely stroll through Hobe Sound's famous banyan tree tunnel leads you straight to the lifeguarded public beach on Jupiter Island — and the town's best dining, coffee, and craft brewery are steps from your front door.

THE SPACE
Single-level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with bonus room — sleeps up to 5 guests.
Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and skylight. Spacious and private with dresser and clothing racks.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a dedicated full bath with walk-in shower just steps away — private and comfortable for couples or solo travelers.
Bonus Room: Connected to the king suite via pocket door — full bed and fan, ideal for a third traveler or children comfortable with close quarters and a shared ensuite.

Open-concept living room and kitchen with soaring high ceilings, kitchen island, and upscale coastal finishes. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook like you are home — quality cookware, dishes, wine glasses, blender, French press, drip coffee maker, and more. We stock whole bean coffee and ground coffee, a full selection of teas, half and half, creamers, cold beverages, snacks, spices, and staples (butter/condiments/olive oil) so your vacation starts the moment you arrive. Cold water is waiting in the fridge.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Screened tropical patio with large sectional sofa and outdoor dining table — the heart of Zephyr House and the spot where guests can spend relaxing evenings.
Private fenced backyard with lush tropical landscaping, multiple seating areas, Adirondack chairs, Weber charcoal grill, and chiminea garden. Charcoal and wood provided for both. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

GAME ROOM
Dedicated game room with air hockey table, darts, oversized lawn games including Jenga, croquet set, and board games — a genuine bonus for evenings in and rainy afternoons.
