„Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. “

„Stayed for 3 nights to see a show at the Lyric Theater, rode bikes to down town, launched our boat less that a mile from the condo at Sheppard's Park. we wanted for nothing, including ice as there is a great maker in the frig. Met 2 of the neighbors, super nice people, we will be back for sure.“

„Our stay was great! We were close to the beach and the home was clean and my kids loved the pool. “

„The condo was very nice and clean. The highlight, of course was the view from the back porch. It was right on a waterway with boats going by and two restaurants straight across the water. It also had a very nice dog park however, the dog park should’ve had something running along the water to keep the dogs from jumping in. Ours did not, but it could’ve.“

„Bobby is a great host very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was exactly what we had hoped for fully stocked with essentials and very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Also, the home is very well decorated and has a really nice backyard and Florida room for relaxing. Close to beaches for convenience, but you may want to bring beach towels, as there are only 2 at the house. Beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, beach umbrella and sand toys made the beach so much more fun ...
