Wir waren hier für 5Tage während unserer Vietnam Rundreise zu Gast. Für mich war es hier im Haus der zweite Aufenthalt. Zwischen beiden Aufenthalten liegen aber 5 Jahre inklusive COVID. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen weil,ich finde es gibt zwei, drei kleine Details die mich persönlich gestört haben. Fangen wir aber beim positiven und am Anfang an. Die Begrüßung und der Check Inn waren sehr angenehm und freundlich, es gab ein kleinen Saft während die Pässe kopiert und die Zimmerkarten fertig gemacht wurden. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, ebenso auch das Bad. Die Einrichtung hatte alles was man in einem Hotelzimmer erwartet inklusive Safe. Das Bett war sehr bequem wir haben hier hervorragend geschlafen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und es blieben keine Wünsche offen, es gab eine Station an der man frisch zubereitet Spiegelei, Rührei und Omelett bekommen konnte, auch vietnamesische Nudelsuppe. Auch sonst war alles da Obst, Cornflakes, Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse, Saft, Milch, Kaffee, Tee und vieles warme mehr. Das Personal war steht’s freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man wurde steht’s gegrüßt und angelächelt. Was mich diesmal gestört hat. - Die Fenster Front, hier hätten auch öfter mal die Fenster in der oberen Reihe geputzt werden können,

Piacevole soggiorno presso il Liberty Central
La camera era piacevole di fronte al Saigon River. Una parte del fiume tuttavia non era visibile poichè il muro dell'hotel Renaissance impediva la vista sulla sinistra, per questo abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cambiare stanza. La assistent FDM Thao è stata molto gentile poichè ce ne ha fatto vedere una con terrazza al 5° piano ma non ci piaceva; il giorno successivo ci ha proposto sullo stesso nostro piano una suite che abbiamo accettato, con la vista totale sul fiume. Al ristorante abbiamo avuto qualche problema per l'uovo alla coque: ce lo portavano troppo crudo. Siamo riusciti, dopo esserci lamentati alla FB manager, ad averlo giusto l'ultimo giorno. Per il resto in ristorante tutto è stato perfetto: 8 qualità di frutta differente e 6 tipi di succhi, senza contare tutto il resto. Magnifica la piscina a sfioro al 25° piano. Sauna e steam stupendi al 24° piano. Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato molto piacevole.

Top Hotel in Saigon gleich beim Fluss mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Flussschleife und die noch unbebaute «Halbinsel». Sehr gut gelegen für alle Must-See in der Stadt oder auch zum Flughafen. Top location Riverside view
The hotel is in great condition and location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. (Help me with taxi scammer issue). Breakfast is also interesting. Amazing rooftop bar at 23 floor with crazy great view ( you can even see stark tower there) right next to swimming poor, which operated from morning till night. The room itself is quite Comfortable and does not have the funny smell. i am lucky enough to get a river view room even though booked a city view version- so my room is facing the river directly. Stunning!! It is a real pitty that the room is not equipped with bath tub but only the shower cabin. Well, you cannot have it all.... The hotel is approximately 1/2 hour drives from the Ho Chi Mihn airport( depending on the traffic, which is horrible by the way). In front of the hotel is a main road (riverfront) so at night should expect the noise. You still can hear the noise even the windows are closed( as you may already know, they like to horn). With the curtains it helps but definitely not for a sensitive person( to noise). All of the staffs are really friendly and helpful. I told them i was being scammed by the taxi ( which charge me 4 times than the normal rate) and they are eagle to help me to get the money back. Thank god that I took a photo of the car’s number plate as well as the car. Anyway, they solved my problem within 2 hours - very professional. The bell boys are not expecting tips and tipping makes them really happy. The concierge also very helpful !!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross,dafür super sauber. Ein tolles, internationales Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr höfliche, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Eine tolle Roof Top Bar mit Swimmingpool. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erkunden. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

Wir würden es wieder buchen
Modernes gutes Hotel. Ein Frühstück, das alles biete, was man erwartet. Sehr umfangreich und qualitativ hochwrtig. Zimmer nicht sehr groß aber sauber und modern. Super Dusche mit hohem Wasserdruck und richtig heiß. Dachterasse und Aussicht vom Pool sind der Hammer.

Gutes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral, daher aber auch leider relativ laut auf den Zimmern. Nachts hört man die Schiffe vorbeifahren und den Lärm der Straße. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und waren sauber. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet gefallen: sehr große Auswahl auch für Westler, sehr aufmerksamer Service und gute Qualität des Essens. Wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

I am from the US and totally enjoyed staying at this hotel. They offer all the amenities that I would like to have available to me. I have used their Spa facilities twice and totally enthralled with coming back here and getting it done again. I got to know the staff very well over time and they’re all very friendly. The food is excellent. I concierge set me up with all the excursions that I chose. Lady does the door and the gentleman that took my bags up to my room were totally perfect. I encouraged the performance by giving them some money. I’m looking forward to staying here again. The 25th floor with the sky bar is outstanding. And happy hour is to not be believed.
