Dear Sir / Madam,Thank you for your stayed at Lelanc Saigon,I would like to clarify your info about our FO desk not open 24 hours,By this message, I'm pleased to reconfirm our FO desk open 24 hours with FO staff. For all guest, to open the main entrance always we have 3 options:1. At the main entrance (beside the notice signboard) always has Door bell, when you come back late then press this bell for my staff at the lobby will open the main entrance for you. 2. Any guest stayed at LeBlanc Saigon consecutive two nights we allways create fingerprint to open the main entrance.3.
