Hotels in Historische Altstadt von New Castle, New Castle

„## 1/10 - Terrible Experience, Dirty Room and Rude Staff I booked this hotel while traveling with my family, including my 15-year-old daughter, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. The refrigerator smelled terrible and had spilled liquid inside, and there were visible footprints on the bathroom floor. The room was clearly not properly cleaned and looked nothing like the photos advertised ...

„nice place“

„In the last 13 days we have stayed in 10 different motels in 7 different states with similar price levels. White Oaks Motel was the best. Friendly, helpful people, safe surrounding, even some seats to sit outside to watch the sun set. Over all: five stars and would always recommend this one!“

„Overall good stay and would stay again. Issues 1) Opened the door to my room and the heater was set to 81 degrees. Crazy. 2) Bedspread kinda messed up like it was just tossed on the bed and not made. 3) NO BATHTOWELS. I was given 2 bath mats and 3 wash clothes, 1 was black stained.“

„Very clean, quick check in process, access to streaming services from tv, friendly staff.“

„When I got there they said it was no rims available like I didn’t book in advance “
