„Luxuriant and elegantly appointed. A real gem property with attentive and timely replies from host. So wonderful, close to all the best outlet stores, restaurants and yet far enough away to not have all the street noise. Pool and fitness center were a huge plus. 10 mins to Dewey Beach. Will plan to rent again. Consider buying here its great !“

„Perfect area to stay. There is a pool and a lovely pool area. The porch is very cute and you can walk right out of it to the pool. You are a short walk/drive to the beach and boardwalk. This is our 4th year staying in the same condo and absolutely love it. The host is very responsive and helpful.“

„The ocean view from this room is spectacular! The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed. It was clean enough, but not super clean. There were a couple of kitchen cabinets that would not stay shut and they just hang wide open. There was un-repaired ceiling damage in the living room. Just a few things like that, that made this rental just okay. Also, keep in mind that no linens are included and you have to pay 20 per person for Sea Colony passes, whether you plan to use them (for amenities) ...

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with great parking, which made everything so convenient. The house had that cozy beach house vibe both inside and out, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend. Tania was easy to reach as needed and provided a new coffee pot immediately when we struggled with the one in the unit.
