"First of all, this is a beautiful hotel. We were lucky to have an ocean-view room, and the beach was less than a minute away. Our room was always spotless, sometimes even cleaned twice a day. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was absolutely essential. The food was varied and delicious. We tried both the buffet and the à la carte restaurants, but we preferred the buffet. Unfortunately, we felt ignored by the staff on two occasions after they realized we didn’t speak Spanish – once in an à la carte restaurant and once at the pool restaurant.
We also didn’t know we were visiting during seaweed season. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean every day, making it difficult to fully enjoy the water.
The absolute highlight of our stay was Robinson Reyes. He is the kindest, warmest, and most dedicated employee we have ever met. From the first day until the moment we left, he was always there for us, no matter what we needed. He answered every question, solved every request immediately, and always went above and beyond to make our vacation special. His smile, positive attitude, and genuine kindness made us feel valued every single day. People like Robinson are the reason guests return to a hotel. He truly deserves special recognition because he turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. Thank you so much! (In fact, hes a big reason why this Hotel receives 5 stars from us)"
