„I really appreciated the hosts constant communication and quick responses. The property was perfect for hosting our party. Clean space and modern appliances. We really liked having the space within walking distance to the train station. One star removed due to the parking situation and the pillows/blankets were not very clean (yellow stains). Otherwise really great.“

The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.“

„I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. „The communal living spaces on the first floor were spacious. We would have breakfast together as a family in the morning. All the A/Cs worked which was key for these very warm and humid days. Upstairs, the beds were comfortable. Yes, some of the finishes are older, but I've lived in NY before and know that it's also part of the charm. For the price for our group of 7, it was a great deal.
