This elegant 1,500-square-foot condo offers plenty of room for up to 8 guests, with three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms.

Arrive at the communal garage, park in your designated space, and take the elevator or stairs up to the 2nd floor. As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a warm entryway complete with custom built-in storage and a bench. The main living area, with its elevated ceilings and open floor plan, invites you to relax and enjoy the luxurious ambiance.

Living Room:
The living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring a plush, deep-seat sectional sofa, cozy chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace. A 65” Samsung Smart TV provides all your entertainment needs, and a private balcony just off the living room lets you soak in fresh mountain air and spectacular Jordanelle Reservoir views. Comfortable patio seating and a BBQ make it perfect for outdoor enjoyment.

Kitchen:
This fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts premium Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and a convenient drip/Keurig coffee combo. Stone countertops and a center island with bar seating for three add both style and functionality to this gourmet space.

Dining Area:
Gather for meals around a lovely stone-top dining table with chair and bench seating for up to seven. This sunlit space, situated between the kitchen and living room, offers mountain views and a perfect spot for family dining.

Bedroom 2 – This cozy room features an adjustable king bed, smart TV, a desk with custom shelving, and closet space, with convenient access to a shared full bathroom that includes a dual-sink stone vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 – Ideal for families or groups, this bedroom offers two full-size beds, ample closet space, and a smart TV. Guests in this room also have access to the shared full bathroom.

Outdoor Spaces:
