„Absolutely loved this condo and location!“

„The villa was as advertised, updated and clean with easy check-in/out process. We had a great stay, the location was perfect to nearby beach, walking path, restaurants and social activities including great golf courses. We enjoyed option of relaxation on either of the (2) outside sitting areas. It was our 8th annual visit to Hilton Head and this property was simply one of the best we stayed at with everything needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart) to indoor games for the rainy ...

„This is a beautiful property! Perfectly decorated and great location. We could walk to the beach and Seabrook pool. We have been to Seabrook many, many times and loved this Spinnaker. We have only one suggestion. Many of the Spinnakers have a gate at the top of the steps on the decks. Since we had a dog with us, we would have loved to sit on the deck with her and not worry about her escaping. A great stay!!! Thank you so much.Susan Deffaa“

„The beach(only steps away) from rental unit is perfect for sunsets and if you have pets. The main bedroom (bed) very comfortable!! The pass for the clubhouse and Osprey Cafe is amazing! We’ll definitely be back! “

„It was a lovely, relaxing place in a quiet, scenic area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They even replaced the grill while we were there and left a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. It was a fabulous stay!“

„We always love staying in Pelican’s watch. This was our first stay at this unit. The host did an amazing job at responding promptly to an issue that we had with the TV. They went above and beyond by replacing it. The views were amazing. The corner unit is awesome because you get to enjoy more of the view. We saw deer daily. My son loved the oversized cushioned window seat. He actually used it as a bed. We will be back. “

„The place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Great access to the beach and close to many golf courses. The only issue was the refrigerator had not been cleaned and the welcome packet for check-in was not in the box where it should have been leading to extra calls to access the unit.“
