„Beautiful house, all was awesome! the only comment is there should be bigger warning signs on the roads regarding the ban to access the sea walls and maybe in the house instructions. our son went on the rocks and received a 100 citation from Fripp Island security. It is very dangerous and we told them there should be bigger signs.“

„It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay!“

„This house is beachfront and that kind of view can't be beat. Responsive property manager. There is normal beach rental wear and tear on the home but we weren't without anything we needed and settled in very well. Bring extra trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets as only the initial supplies are provided. “

„Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!“
