LEGOLAND Florida is about 20 minutes away, the Disney parks about 30 minutes, and Epic Universe and Universal within 35 to 40 minutes. Daily errands are close too: restaurants and gas stations in 4 minutes, Publix in 5, CVS Pharmacy in 6 and Walmart in 7.

🚘 The home has a 2-car garage plus driveway parking.
🪪 Balmoral is gated, so every driver must be registered before check-in.
🚨 Overflow parking is not permitted.

🚫 Not permitted on the property: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and commercial or construction vehicles.

📭 Please don't ship with USPS. It leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, and we can't access it. UPS, FedEx and Amazon deliver to the door and work fine.
