„Property and space was perfect for scrapbooking. Only down size was the pool was not working due to weather issues outside the control of the property manager.“

„This property is 5 bedroom with 6 beds(2 kings, 2 queens, 2 twins). It fit our need very well. One issue I did let the host know is the house smells like smoke. To be honest I’m super sensitive to it but friends who were with us noted it as well. It wasn’t enough to trigger an allergy attack but wanted to make that note here incase someone else is sensitive. Communication with the host was excellent. The host responded quickly with questions.“

„We have been in Florida for the first time. The house and the surrounding was awesome. We had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool. Haines City is closed to Disney and it only took about one our to go to Tampa and Cape Canaveral. We will come back!“

„We had a great time! The house was beautiful, roomy, comfortable and quiet. My grandchildren loved the pool. We enjoyed visiting Central Florida especially Aquatica in Orlando. The grocery stores and fast food restaurants were so close, too! I believe the house could use fresh paint and deep cleaning the carpet in the stairs but it doesn’t interfere with the comfort and convenience.“

„Everything was wonderful and comfortable and home like. We loved the quiet area. The only thing that was missing was a spatula in the kitchen for flipping the pancakes we made.“

„The outdoor area is huge and has everything you need, warm pool, seating, lake viewing, grill. The mattresses are so comfortable and house was huge inside. Great communication with host Kim.“

„Property was just as described, no issues during our stay so no need to contact the manager. Easy check in and out. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and extras.“

„Overall stay was excellent. The pool didn’t work upon our arrival. No one addresses our issue in a timely manner, but did address the problem the day before our departure. Will request compensation for the inconvienance.“
