Super freundliches Hotel
Super gelegenes Hotel ca. 5 minuten vom Hafen weg. Ein bisschen den Berg hoch und dann gehts mal rechts Treppen hoch und schon ist man da. Sehr netter Empfang. Tolles Delux Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ok. Es gab auch Suppe mit Nudeln und Chicken.

Breakfast was superb. Staff very attentive to detail, mannerly, kind and helpful at all times. Location great in terms of access to waterfront, restaurants. Most comfortable bed and sleep for all our various stays in Vietnam. Front Desk Manager was amazing.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The manager at the front desk was so helpful and kind. He helped us get our laundry done and organized our bus back to Hanoi. Would absolutely recommend.

A little hard to find at first, but well worth it. An amazing welcome from Nam cold drink and chilled towel. Room was excellent. Staff where helpful and extremely hardworking. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. This hotel was so good we stayed an extra night! Well done to all the team
