We had a very pleasing stay there for 7 days. Everything is exceptionally good and fine. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds!!! The pool with pool bar was also special for me! The staff was perfectly nice and warmhearted to fulfill all your wishes. Especially to mention is the hotel manager who is personally available and solved a problem that we had very very generously. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Dinner im Restaurant war allerdings dem Niveau nicht angemessen. Eine Vorspeise war sehr gut, die andere geschmacklos, ein Hauptgang war eine kleine Portion wässriges Gemüse, der anderen ohne Beilage, ohne Pfiff, nicht sättigend.

Schönes Hotel! Leider kein 5 Sterne Service
Das Hotel ist ganz schön der Pool draußen ist super groß und man fühlt sich wohl. Wenn das Wetter schlecht ist kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Der innenpool ist dann ziemlich überlaufen. Das Essen im Hotel ist eher für Koreaner und Vietnamesen ausgelegt als für Europäer was nicht weiter schlimm ist soll nur als Info gelten. Leider kann man außerhalb des Hotels nicht viel machen da die in der Umgebung nicht wirklich einladende Restaurants oder Bars sind. Der Blick auf die halong Bucht ist sehr schön und der Strand wird immer sauber gehalten. Der Service im Hotel ist leider nicht der den ich von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte. In unserem Zimmer war die Toilettenspülung defekt. Nach 30 min warten haben wir erst ein neues Zimmer bekommen leider mit einem nicht so schönen Blick wie dem alten. Auf die Frage ob wir ein Zimmer haben könnten mit einem schöneren Blick auf die Bay haben wir als Antwort bekommen wenn wir einen schönen Blick haben wollen können wir das Zimmer gegen Bezahlung upgraden. Ein super tolles Resort. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Personal sehr freundlich! Frühstück das Beste was wir hier in Vietnam hatten. Viel Auswahl! Zimmer auch sauber und komfortabel. Pool und Strand ist einwandfrei. Der Spa Bereich auch on Ordnung, allerdings bisschen klein. Unterm Strich war es ein Highlight! Schon alleine die Bootsfahrt auf die Insel.

A wedding that was more like a rave interrupted our stay . The staff was horrified , we were horrified . Th wedding was allowed to play music outside for hours . Been to many outdoor concerts but not this loud . The wedding took over the hotel and was disrespectful to employees and everyone . Horrible experience .

The hotel staff and hotel grounds are stunning! Love the private boat transfer and island feel, can’t really see ha long bay from the resort. My only thing is the hotel rooms look very outdated. Walking in from the terminal to the front you feel a Bellagio Las Vegas vibe but the room feels like 1950s. Service was excellent though!! No complaints!

Stunning private island resort, definitely makes you feel like you are living the life of luxury. It was so quite and peaceful. The staff are all super friendly and go out of there way to help you, even when not asked. Super easy to get taxis from the resort and just a short boat ride to to the island via thw resorts own boats. The added little touches of a pianist and singer, free jacuzzi and sauna made it feel extra special. The only issue was the vegetarian food options which was very limited unfortunately and there was no evening buffet abailable through out our stay just the a la carte restaurant was open.

Bed bugs!
On the second day of my stay, I was bitten by bed bugs and experienced considerable itching. I asked the housekeeping staff to change the bed, but they only replaced the top sheets, leaving the bed bug feces untouched. I requested a room change, but was told I needed to pay additional accommodation fees, so I decided against it. From their response, it seems like bed bug infestations are a common issue here. I advise checking under the sheets and inspecting the mattress as soon as you enter the room. If you find bed bugs, you should insist on changing rooms. I definitely do not want to stay at this hotel again

Excellent property and excellent stay. I can't believe how inexpensive it was to stay at this beautiful property. The rooms are roomy, beds are comfortable and the view is unmatched. The sad thing was that it was like a ghost town when we were there.

Wonderful Hotel
The hotel itself is amazing. Travelers get so much bang for their buck at this beautiful hotel. Service is outstanding. Sadly, it is a ghost town this time of year, which is such a shame. Not sure how they can sustain all of the wonderful-ness with so little occupants.

Séjour magnifique, tout est parfait : la chambre splendide, le petit dejeuner incroyable, la piscine, les transferts en bateau. Seul petit bémol : peu d'employés parlent anglais mais nous supposons que lorsque l'activité touristique étrangère reprendra, cela sera rectifié. Hôtel à recommander !
