Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer. Das Personal war super aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern.

Sauberes Hotel aber weit weg von City
Das Hotel ist ganz nett und recht komfortabel Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern, jedoch fehlt es den Angestellten an Motivation Die Kommunikation auf Englisch lief mehr als bescheiden Angefangen hat es mit der Bitte ein paar Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zu geben ( leider nicht hilfreich) ...ich könnte jetzt noch ein paar Punkte aufzählen, aber es ist jedem selbst überlassen nur ich empfehle es nicht

Sehr gutes relativ neues Hotel
Das Hotel ist Recht neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, allerdings jeden Tag gleich. Da viele Rundreise Touristen da sind, ist es bereits ab 6.30 Uhr sehr laut. Das Restaurant ist gut und bietet frisches Seafood. Zum Hafen, zur Innenstadt und zum SunWorld Park sind es mit dem Taxi ca. 10-15 min. Ganz Halong ist leider eine einzige Baustelle. Überall werden neues Luxushotels gebaut und die gesamte Infrastruktur erneut. Von daher ist es relativ laut und schmutzig. Halong Bay ist aber ein Muss. Eine Fahrt durch die Bucht ist Pflicht. SunWorld ist auch einen Besuch wert. Das Halong Palace ist für beides ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

between the city and the island with cruise boats
Reception is big and flashy. Breakfast was in a good standard. Rooms are clean and fairly big enough. Beds are very nice and soft with 2 pillows to choose from. The pool look nice and swim able. Too cold when we were there in January behind the hotel, some streets away there is a busy street with many different shops. No noise from that street coming to the hotel. We walked out to find a motorbike rental, but walked the wrong way and went back to the hotel and asked for help and 30mins after there was a guy coming to the hotel with a motorbike we rented. (200k vnd pr day) Staff very polite and greet when we walk by. You can also get to the rooftop and take pictures of the whole area around. Area away from the busy street is quite empty with small beginnings of construction sites

The hotel did not have a jacuzzi like it was promissed on hotels.com, but else the hotel and staff was nice. There are not so much to do aroung of the hotel. And everywhere they are cheating the tourists, even if you buy a Coca Cola in a food shop. That was disapointing how they treat tourists in Vietnam.

Nice hotel in Halong Bay
Disappointed with staff after enjoying great hotels and staff in HCMC, Hoi An and Da Nang. Not good service at breakfast and no tour desk or anyone to ask about tours in the area. We cut are trip short by one night and moved to Vinpearl, dearer but out of this world.

good staying in halong palace hotel
our choice of staying in halong palace hotel was very good. the room was very good and the staff were so kind. the breakfast was good. and we enjoyed the swimming pool in the night. and they have called mailin 7 seater taxi for our family everytime we asked. they have given us the room on the 16th floor as we requested. one thing short of our expectation is their pizza in the restaurant. we have eatern our lunch in their restaurant. and the pizza was not good enough. anyway, thank you so much guys.

Hotel o dogodnym położeniu z ładnym widokiem na Zatokę Halong. W pobliżu znajduje się mnóstwo pysznych i tanich restauracji, wiele sklepów i nocny bazar. Pokoj i łazienka sa duże i czyste, wi-fi dobre, herbata, kawa i butelka wody uzupełniane sa codziennie. Śniadanie obfite, personel uczynny, basen na V piętrze mały, ale wystarczający, żeby odpocząć.

Had a wonderful 3 day stay. Great experience from check in to check out. staff are so friendly and helpful. They dont all speak englush but enough do that asking questions or rezolving issues is not tbat difficult. We pretty much had the hotel to ourselves after breakfast as most people lect for tbe day for boat rides and touring. Nice pool area, great local seafood restaurants in town behind hotel and a short taxi ride to the water park and gondola (which does not open before 3 during the week). Beware the town is going through a tremendous amount of building of roads and hotels so tbe main street always has dump trucks roaring by which could be disturbing to some looking for a quiet beach getaway while sitting on patio or at pool.. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and always hot and fesh. Special mention to front desk Van who practised her english on us and helped us with sone common vietnamse phrases and words. She was really helpful giving us recommendations for places to go and eat and is just a very friendly and delightful person to deal wiith.

편안한 숙소였습니다.
숙소는 편안했고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 11월의 베트남은 실외수영장은 별의미가 없었습니다. 조식은 그럭저럭 그랬으나 저녁에 베트남셋트메뉴를 시켰었는데 맛있었습니다. 어른 250000동 아이들 150000원에 이용했습니다.

Nice stay at the Halong Palace
Vuong at the front desk was an absolute gem. She did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She helped us to arrange a half day Bay tour as well as helped us to arrange comfortable bus transportation back to Hanoi. Comfortable beds...although the pillows were a little stiff and a wonderful shower. Room needed individual reading lights...that is one suggestion.

전체적으로 직원들이 별로.. 체크인할때도 분명 아이 2명있다고 예약하고 갔음에도 추가금액을 요구해서 당황했으며 체크아웃할때는 수건하나 없어졌다고 직접 찾으라고 요구 30분동안 호텔에 발묶여 있었어요 나중에 가방열어서 확인해보자고 하니 그제서야 문제없다고 그냥 가라는 씩으로 보내더라구요. 언어도 잘 안통하는데 그런씩으로 사람 몰아가고 정말 영어권사람 영어로 뺨칠정도로 자신있으신 분들만 예약하시길 수영장은 5월말까지 공사합니다. 첨에 안내안해주는데 수영장가면 옆에 공사하고 있어요. 풀은 이용해도 되지만 옆에 공사 소음 냄새 먼지와 함께 수영하셔야합니다. 수상인형극 관람을 원하시는 분들은 호텔에서 추천해주는 곳 가지마세요. 거기도 공사중입니다. 직원들은 모르더라구요. 다 제가 발로 뛰어서 알아낸 정보입니다. 근처 하롱파크는 오후 3시부터 문엽니다. 직원들은 그냥 장소나 알려주고 택시나 불러줄뿐 아무 정보도 주지 않아요. 괜히 오전부터 가서 고생하지 마시고 오후 늦게까지 하니 천천히 가시면되요. 수상인형극도 오후 5시부터 시작. 워터파크도 있는데 워터파크도 오후 2시부터 개장입니다. 호텔 뒤에 마켓은 해지면 문닫습니다. 파인애플 엄청 맛있으니 꼭 사먹으세요 한개 1만에서 1만5천동입니다. 바가지 쓰지마시고 제값으로 사먹으세요. 야시장은 걸어서 5분거리에 있습니다. 연중무휴입니다. 하롱베이투어를 원하시는 분들 선착장이 가까이 있습니다. 직원들한테 택시불러달라해서 가면 됩니다. 올때도 너무 걱정마세요. 선착장앞에 택시들이 줄지어 서있거든요. 예약필요 없이 당일 티켓구매 투어 가능합니다. 다들 바가지당하지 마시고 즐거운 여행되세요

Nice hotel. Too far away from the marina
Stayed at Halong Palace Hotel for one night only. Can't say much about the surrounding area, did not go anywhere. Stayed at the hotel for diner and a good night sleep. Got a free upgrade to a suite which was happily accepted, Thanks. Friendly personnel on the front counter and helpful and smiling people from cleaner to management. I grated this hotel a bit lower because of the tasteless dinner for my wife and me. Nicely plated but just lack of taste. The waitress was very good and professional. There English could be improved. Recommend this hotel.

Best beds in Vietnam memory foam fantastic sleep.
Slept well here, wonderful staff and excellent buffet breakfast. Construction noise in the morning and a cold pool but those were the only draw backs. Highly recommended would return.

Convenient and helpful
We had a really great brief stay at Ha Noi Pearl Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and there English was really good! They gave us lots of helpful tips and ensured we were well looked after! Would definitely recommend staying here as it is really in a great location in the old quarter and everything is really walkable from there.

Above and beyond
Our stay was very good. The Hotel had everything we needed and the staff were so thoughtful. Our stay fell on my birthday and my husband brought a cake to the Hotel for me, when the staff saw the cake they also presented me with a present. There was a good selection for breakfast and the Hotel also has a restaurant which is good because there is not a lot close by.

The room was very good and has a nice view. However, the quality of service by staff was very poor. They are not kind and very hard to communicate in english.

The hotel overall is above my expectations. The reception was friendly and very helpful. The hotel's in a nice neighborhood but not much else. The night market was minimal. We found this local seafood restaurant in the lane opposite the hotel. They didn't speak much English but we managed to work it out.

Lækkert hotel i knap så godt område
vi havde et super fint ophold på hotellet. Hotellet er skønt, med lækre værelser, god service, pool og lækker morgenmadsbuffet! Hotellet ligger dog i et dårlig kvarter, uden de store spisemuligheder og slet ikke hvis man ikke taler vietnamesisk. Wifi forbindelsen var desuden rigtig dårlig på vores værelse.
