„Host was very responsive in communication, location was perfect! There were a few things listed in the amenities that was not actually in the home( ice maker, hair dryer ). Probably an oversight in updating their listing. If it were my place, I would probably decorate a little nicer, make sure the beach chairs were clean for the next set of guests and put a bar height table and chairs on the back deck so you can actually enjoy the view while sitting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! ...

„This property is very basic. We had six guest staying and were only left 4 bath towels. The basic supplies were minimal, so everything needed to be purchased. The appliances ( w& d) were older causing damage to clothing. There was a broken glass alcohol bottle in the freezer we had to clean out and full discarded beer bottles in the front yard. The listing states it is ocean view, while that is true if you go to the gate and look out, do not expect to see the ocean from this room. I would ...

„Property needs to advertise that guest needs to pay for extra parking and arm bands. Upstairs bathroom floor has crack and is a hazard for foot injuries. No ac vents upstairs so had to turn on fan all night. Location is quite s walk to beach with a family with kids in hot sun. Price is way too expensive and better off going other location that includes everything.“
