Enjoy a delightful and private backyard with a fire table, a bubbly hot tub overlooking the ocean, a convenient outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in Weber grill, a built-in outdoor pizza oven, and a griddle, a shuffleboard table, several outdoor seating areas, and seasonable shuffleboard table and pool table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Relaxation and Comfort

The view is amazing! The location is close to trails, beaches and restaurants. After a day of exploring Eagles Landing was a great place to relax and rest for the next day’s adventure. The living room is cozy. The hot tub is relaxing. The beds are comfy. The deck has so many special touches for entertainment to connect with family.

Gem of a Coastal Getaway

We just spent 5 days at this lovely house in the heart of the little town of Gualala. Upon arrival, the place was clean and kept well. We loved the view from the living room and front deck and the back deck space is incredible and private with so many outdoor luxuries. The master bedroom and bath are downstairs along with the second bedroom. The other full bathroom is upstairs, however, the master bathroom has access from the hall. The bedroom linens were clean and there were plenty of clean towels in each bathroom and in the closet. The open kitchen is a perfect size, but missing a few items like a storage bags or food wrap/foil, and could use some updated pots/pans. There is plenty of diningware for both indoor and outdoor eating/drinking. We enjoyed the proximity to the small shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is worth noting that the grocery stores have practically anything you need but the prices are much higher, probably due to Gualala's remote location. We could not find walking access to the beach or coastal area.The owners use a property management group called Vacasa that maintains the property very well and the app provides information and notifications for check-in and check-out procedures. However, the home binder could use updates on how to properly use many of the special amenities (fireplace, hot tub, outdoor grills/oven, shade canopy) and match the property management's procedures to avoid any confusions. We hope to stay here again!

Overall great place!! Would stay again!! Hot tub was broken, pizza oven (one burnner would not stay lit), romote to TV was finicky and wouldn't turn off TV, and a grease fire occurred in the BBQ while cooking!!!

Amazing property

Amazing property with great customer service! Beautiful ocean views - you can hear the waves crashing all day and night long, exactly what we were looking for! Will definitely make The Eagles Landing our basecamp when exploring the North Coast. As for the interior, warm wood stove with plenty of firewood, beautifully updated kitchen with all new appliances. Gave this contractor some good ideas on what to do to my own interior decor!

Relax!

Amazing home! The patio kept us entertained with hot tub, shuffle board table and pool table. Plus a full outdoor kitchen with pizza oven! Lovely 2- person lounge facing the ocean as well. Great views from inside the whole house. TV system was complicated. We saw several references to an “owner’s welcome notebook” but could not find it in the house anywhere so we had to figure out a few things for on our own. Stairs were a challenge for us older folk, but it was worth it!
