Is too dirty outside the property there’s not a lot to do outside the property and you cannot cross the road. You’re driving your car. You have to go all the way around like a mile away or more. That is the only thing that I would like, but everything was great inside the property great service and great food

Me en anto el concepto, muy moderno y las habitaciones muy comodas, la estacion de juegos y el billar son una muy buena opción incluida, no lo he visto en otro hotel, el desayuno muy variado y rico, todo en el hotel esta muy bien, regresare en definitiva, y el plus la bebida de cortesia, a este hotel le don un 100.

Pretty nice hotel, the gentleman at the reception very cold and dry, seemed he was annoyed when we arrived for check in; but Very friendly whit the next guests. Either a very classist Mexican guy(I’m Mexican and know my culture) or just don’t like Mexican - Americans.

Very welcoming and great service, always willing to help. Our family memeber booked a room for us a week before when arriving to mexico, we loved the service so much that we booked again on the way back to Chicago! We booked a room twice in a 8 days. Highly remmend. Their breakfast is amazing, they go above and beyond. They also take care of your vehicle while it is parked outside and they can facilitate transportation to and from the airport. Very affordable for everything they offer.

El personal de lobby excelente muy amables, me encanto la ambientación de Trino en todas las instalaciones, la alberca muy agradable quizas mas limpieza en el área de terraza porque hay polvo constante por estar en carretera, buena variedad de desayuno, excepto porque la señora que prepara los ommelets no pone orden en respetar el turno de quien llega primero.

Very helpful staff. They printed out documents for me and even got me a pencil! Very nice included breakfast and a free drink was available at the bar. Free shuttle to airport.
