To start, the place is as pictured, at first we were having a great time, the room and building were new so were modern with semi-comfortable beds in a fantastic location(2 mins from beach and multiple restaurants and bars). However it is strange the ‘reception’ is the bar by the pool, or the supermarket owned by the same management. I also thought it was strange there was no safe in the room like you usually find at hotels. For the first few days I was locking my jewellery and money in one of my suitcases but after a few days I got a family feel from the staff and stopped doing this to my regret…. Deppy was very nice and helpful from beginning. Iliana was the bar lady/receptionist who was very cold to us compared to other older guests. Two days before we were due to leave iliana was very suspicious and said “I thought it was your last day” this was just before the maid’s daughter(not in staff uniform) was in our room when I was dropping some shopping off. After this incident I hadn’t seen this girl on the premises again and I had an off-white t shirt missing(£200). When I asked Deppy about why the girl was in there, she said the 18yo daughter accompanied her mother sometimes and would help cleaning(however when I saw her she was in my room unaccompanied by her mother on the phone to her boyfriend whilst the room had already been cleaned looking down at my suitcase). She suggested printing another t shirt(which was a useless offer as my t shirt was real).Deppy agreed it was u
