Wir haben all inclusive gebucht. Leider wahr das Essen nicht besonders gut. Preis - Leistungsverhältniss stimmt nicht überein. Ansonsten wahr das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufenthalt am Pool konnte man richtig geniessen.

Everything was quite good, the food, the drinks, the room etc. But the staff in the Kitchen and at the Bar were amazing! Nice people very friendly. Perfekt.

Hôtel familial au top! Personnel très sympa et souriant! L’hôtel est bien entretenu et toujours très propre! La restauration est variée et très bonne.Peu de commerces autour de l’hôtel mais l’essentiel

Hyggeligt, rent, roligt og afslappet hotel med plads til børn. Super beliggenhed et par minutter fra stranden. Rigtig god mad og meget venlig betjening.

Rapport qualité prix, rien à dire ! Parfait !
Nous cherchions un hôtel en demi-pension avec une grande chambre et cet hôtel en "all inclusive" sortait dans les premiers. Quelle bonne surprise ! La chambre vraiment très grande (51m2, 2 chambres séparées pour les parents et enfants et celle des parents était très grande avec un grand lit et on avait aussi un frigo) Très propre aussi. Ménage fait tous les jours, serviettes changées tous les deux jours. Personnel très très accueillants, sympathiques, d'une gentillesse Repas sous forme de buffet, copieux, très bon, beaucoup de choix et jamais pareil (on est resté 7 jours, on n'a jamais mangé deux fois la même chose !) Bref, je recommande sans hésitation !

Lack of customer care spoils great potential
This hotel could be brilliant, but it's customer care lets it down. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The only real issue with the accommodation is it's wifi which we were never able to connect to, so we used restaurant nearby. The pool is lovely (although towel bagging of pool spots starts ridiculously early) and the communal showers were dingy and smelly. However the real downside to this hotel is its lack of care or interest in its guests. For example, on our arrival there was a Greek Night- provided free of charge to those eating dinner at the hotel. We don't like being tied into a hotel for food, so were room only, but we would have eaten in for that, but the hotel never told us it was happening. Similarly, on another day aqua aerobics was offered, but not something we were told about at any point. But it is worse than just lack of information. At times our queries were met with rudeness and hostility that really took us aback. However the final straw came when we did want to eat dinner in the hotel. We'd been told in all the info we read, and by the hotel itself that it was fine to do so. However, when we asked what the procedure was, we were effectively told that we should have given advance notice that morning, and so we could not eat there and directed to an outside restaurant we had already tried and considered poor. I have never stayed in a hotel where a guest cannot just turn up and pay extra on the spur of the moment. We felt utterly unwelcome.

Despite the fact you have expressed a negative review of your time with us, it acts as valuable feedback for us and helps identify what the reasons where that made us go wrong in delivering a quality holiday for you and your family. It is with sincere regret you were treaded in such an unprofessional and most importantly Unfriendly manner. I can assure you that is not how we deliver our services here at the Blue Aegean and by all means not how we stand by our promise, to create the perfect environment and have an outstanding relationship with our guests and making sure all of their holiday needs are immediately seen too. We of course cannot take back the unacceptable manner you were treated too but it is with your contribution that we have taken the matter very seriously and took measures to assure it never happens again. From the managements view we apologise for not being aware of the situation , had we been so I can guarantee you the outcome would have been very different. I sincerely hope you would give us another chance to make things right for you. Thank you for your kind words of acknowledging our potential as a hotel and again thank you for the important feedback. Nessuna indicazione per raggiungerlo, nessun parcheggio, approccio del personale scostante, camera con odore di chiuso. Le 4 stelle sono completamente immeritate e mi sorprendo della media dei giudizi. Tariffa segnalata come scontata, ma date le condizioni assolutamente insoddisfacente il rapporto qualità/prezzo (ho trovato molto meglio a Creta pagando meno). Sconsigliato!
