We are sorry we couldn’t offer you the holiday you were expecting.When a hotel is situated in the countryside, ants unfortunately may exist. However, after your complaint we did send housekeeping to clean and sort out your room.We also understood you wanted to stay somewhere quieter and so we moved you to a more isolated part of the hotel and offered you a free room upgrade in the highest available category of our hotel as a good gesture.Unfortunately, you were still not satisfied, and the following day you chose to depart.After hearing you speaking to our reception staff about your early departure, I did come out to speak with you and your response was about the hotel being too big for your comfort zone and there was nothing mentioned about the ants.Therefore, at least, we are sure that it was not our facilities or services or cleanliness that made you depart earlier than booked.
