„Waren für vier Nächte hier und waren mäßig begeistert. Es ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber das waren alle Häuser die wir in Norbury gesehen haben. Das „Frühstück“ haben wir ausgelassen da ich gerne mehr Auswahl im Urlaub hab als Toast. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und es war alles im Zimmer sehr sauber, was uns das wichtigste ist. „Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking ...

„Was greeted on arrival and shown amenities and room , very pleasant and warm welcome. The entire place was so clean and fresh and had a warm atmosphere. The room was great , free tea,coffee etc, and shower gel,shampoo, conditioner. Bed was really comfortable and had a good night sleep. Clean throughout and up to date decor .Tv was nice to watch before sleeping. The shower was nice in the morning. And the breakfast was so tasty , really cooked well and the sample of fruit was a nice touch , ...
