The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for up to six, along with additional spots at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything necessary for preparing delightful meals during your stay.
A full bathroom with a shower enclosure is conveniently located for all guests and is adjacent to a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
