„Excellent location! Very easy drive to to Grandby and Grand Lake as well as to local area attractions. Beautiful home! The Property manager provided great information about the area and the instructions on accessing and leaving the home were clear. Relaxing atmosphere! „We had a wonderful stay here! Cabin was cozy and easily slept 7 people. Enjoyed being in walking distance to the town of grand lake and across the street from mountain market! It was also an easy drive to Grand lake and Granby Lake, which we thoroughly enjoyed. House was well stocked and perfect for our family weekend!“

„This home is perfectly situated close to many activities! It has a beautiful Mountain View but still easily accessible. It’s close to a market with most everything you need, a cute shopping area, lakes, skiing… we even stopped at a local hot spring for a day! Highly recommend this house!“

„Everything was as promised, and the property is amazing. Nice comfy beds and lounging spaces, but the best is the outdoor space! Right on the water, in pine trees, with lots of games, boats, and water for families to enjoy. We will be back just as soon as we can.“

„This was probably the best location for our yearly family trip. Close to Grand Lake yet it felt secluded. Fire pit area was a big hit with cooking and guitar playing. The house is tidy with plenty of space. Kitchen is open and allows for many chefs to spoil the soup. If we decide to go back to this part of Colorado, we will stay here again. Katie was very responsive and check-in was a breeze.“

„Enjoyed the stay and it's as described: quiet, cozy cabin. I think it would be helpful to stoke the kitchen a little better; no bowls, limited/lower quality cooking supplies. The water heater pressure is unstable and as a result, it is hard to hold the water temperature in the shower. Finally, it would be helpful to add screens so that the bedroom windows can be open without the risk of bugs entering. Overall, I have to note these things, given the pretty high price tag for a 1BR. Thanks though ...

"Der Abfalleimer war vom vorherigen Gast nicht geleert. Der Tisch war nicht sauber. In der Kaffeemaschine war nur ein gebrauchtes Filterpapier. Unter den Betten lag dick Staub. Die Stühle waren total abgenutzt und voller Flecken."
