Ich habe dieses Hotel unter anderem gewählt um ein Jacuzzi zu haben nach einer langen Autofahrt. Doch die Poolanlage und vorallem das Jacuzzi war nicht im Standard des sonstigen Hotels. Der Sprudel vom Jacuzzi hat nicht wirklich funktioniert und die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen.

My husband and I stayed here on our way to Moab. We liked the property and I thought the bed was comfortable. My husband did not think the bed comfortable. Their breakfast was good. Offered eggs and potatoes with sausage. Served hot.

I would give a 5 star except for service. After requesting our room to be cleaned and following all the rules it was not serviced. Then when we went to reservations to ask we were told we didn’t request it. One clerk even said he wrote the request and the lady in charge insist we didn’t even after seeing the book with our request. Continued to insist it wasn’t there even after their employee showed it to them. The attitude was uncalled for. After two days in the hotel more soap and trash removal was needed. If only for sanitation. The breakfast was even worse not even orange juice and gravy with no sausage in it

TV takes 3 seconds of more to change a channel. Toilet is too low and moves. I could not move the shower head, it is fixed, so I opened the faucet and wait until hot water runs. I got a x2 beds, both had dog hair at the bottom. I have to ask for help to re program my magnetic cards every single day, those are too old. I can hear when the AC starts at the gym. Get ready for a very loud noise when you try to open the parking door, instead using the front door. Beds have the characteristic curved shape of a mattress that needs to be renewed. No "don't disturb" pending at front desk/reception. Just eggs for hot breakfast (one day). 2 persons with 2 luggage each is enough for filling elevator. Too many medals, awards, recognitions in reception (?).

The Inn was very clean, modern and conveniently close to the I70 off and on ramps. There was a restaurant at a nearby within walking distance. Otherwise, you would have to drive into town. Breakfast is typical of what one would expect from this type of hotel, breads, cereals, yoghurt, eggs, sausages and some fruit. The check in and check out was easy and the staff at check in was friendly and efficient.

Can hear all noise from other rooms like the connecting doors were open. Hot tub jets didn’t work and another quest said it’s been like that for awhile. Under bathroom sink looks like someone died and it wasn’t cleaned properly. Maids didn’t turn off shower completely and water was on floor……

The suite is a beautiful space (I'd stay again). However, surfaces were not cleaned, including the bathroom (why I always carry disinfectant wipes). The outdoor area was nice, hot tub was hot, however, the jets were not working. The breakfast space was well-kept.

The breakfast offering was very poor. There was no butter, only a "Sorry, no butter" sign. There was no cream cheese, only a "Sorry, no cream cheese" sign. There was no breakfast meat offering, just scrambled eggs and two bins of potatoes. If anyone is interested, I took photos of the signs.

Wasn’t crazy about the breakfast, eggs and potato’s with sausage mixed in them already. The room we ended up in was on the first level and was an accessible room, the shower was huge but when the wife took a shower the whole bathroom was flooded.
