The Space:
The open-concept living area features a gas fireplace, smart TV with streaming, comfortable sofa and armchair seating, and large picture windows framing Rocky Mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a spacious island for casual meals or prep work. The formal dining table seats 6. Step onto the back patio for morning coffee or evening drinks in the fresh mountain air. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is outfitted with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, sleeping 4. There's also a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with oversized vanity and shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi throughout. Garage parking for 1 vehicle plus driveway space for 2 more. Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 3 vehicles maximum: 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. This home is equipped with a Ring camera at the front door for security purposes.
The Neighborhood:
You're in the heart of Granby Ranch, a resort community with direct ski access in winter. The community pool and hot tub at Ranch Hall are steps away, along with a clubhouse, game room, and fitness center. Downtown Granby is a 10-minute drive, where you'll find the Granby Farmers Market for fresh local produce and the Granby Art Gallery featuring local artists. Lake Granby offers fishing for trout, bass, and pike. The Fraser River runs through the resort golf course, providing scenic views and fly fishing opportunities. Hiking and biking trails for all levels are accessible right from the property and throughout the surrounding Rocky Mountains.
Getting Around:
Granby Ranch is located off US Highway 40 in Granby, Colorado. Denver International Airport is approximately 90 miles east, about a 2-hour drive depending on weather and traffic. Winter Park Resort is 20 miles south, roughly 30 minutes by car. Rocky Mountain National Park's west entrance near Grand Lake is about 25 miles north. Downtown Granby shopping and dining is 10 minutes away.
