„As a family we always camp on Labor Day weekend but this Labor Day was supposed to be cold and rainy so we decided to do a v b r o and did we hit the jackpot. It was so perfect for our shut-in large family. The game room was great and there were many toys for the kids. We also did the hot springs and went to Grand Lake for miniature golf and a hike. „This place was perfect for my 30th birthday under the stars. We grilled out (the grill could have been cleaner but it worked great), enjoyed a backyard photoshoot, laid under the stars once it got dark. The place wasn't too far from Grand Lake where we rented a pontoon for an afternoon and we enjoyed the City Market was close by for last minute dinner prep items. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the homeowners/managers, was that the neighbors dogs were barking from literally 4PM ...
