„This is a gorgeous historic property nearly 100 years old. With this in mind, my remarks are personal issues, not necessarily those of all travelers. I am extremely allergic to mold and mildew and just imagine a 100 year old building. While not visible, there is that “ old” smell that never leaves. „Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful“

„The rooms are clean and very spacious. The elevator kept breaking down and with a bad knee on the 3rd floor with a sold out hotel it was a little frustrating but the staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The added kitchen and little sitting area was perfect for our family of 5 with two rooms. The kids were able to come visit but then go to their own room to sleep. „L’accueil a été impeccable et l’hôtel bien situé pour nos besoins. Le menu déjeuné est varié mais malheureusement plusieurs items étaient manquants malgré que nous étions dans les heures de service. D’ailleurs, en semaine, le service des déjeuners se termine à 9:00, ce qui est vraiment tôt à mon à vis.“

„We had quite a bad start with this hotel. Check in was not possible as we did not receive the code for the door lock. We tried to get hold of that via mail but the reception was not staffed at our arrival time at 5:30 pm. As we were there for vacation we were not able to call a US number from our phones and had to ask other guests to help us. We tried calling the emergency hotline but the lady was also unable to find our code to unlock the door even though the form was filled out im advance and ...

„The staff was not particularly friendly. We ended up having to downgrade one of our rooms in order to get both on the same floor. The pool was not clean. There were clumps of hair and dirt floating in it. Housekeeping is only offered every other day, so our towels were not replenished. For what we paid, this hotel was disappointing.“

„Leider nervt das die Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt werden, obwohl ich langjähriger Hampton Inn Kunde bin , würde ich gerne darauf hin gewiesen werden. Bei Frühstück gab es nicht genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sonst Hampton Inn Qualität.“
