„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. “

„Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!“

„This property overlooks Hampton Beach and is located within easy walking distance of the beach, activities and eateries. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including great advice about where to go for dinner. We were able to overlook a view that was incredible. On the last day we ate breakfast and watched a seal out in the water such a neat treat. “

We'd sit out there at night with the ocean breeze looking at all the lights along the blvd. The owner sent a welcome text with information on the unit and things to do around Hampton. We had a very pleasing experience.“

Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! „This place is a gem! Perfect location and size. Walking distance to so many places. Cozy, comfy and relaxing. My favorite was the back enclosed porch. Morning coffee while sitting and listening to all the sounds (mostly birds) with a view of the lighthouse out the door. And having all the kitchen supplies needed to make our own meals was great. Highly recommend a stay here and will come back again if we can. “

"Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, die Lage zum Städtchen ist gut, man kann wirklich alles gut zu Fuß machen. Das Valet-Parking mussten wir nicht nutzen, da direkt vor dem Hotel ein Parkplatz auf der Straße frei war. Das kostet ungefähr die Hälfte. Was wir nicht gut fanden, ist das Frühstück. Es ist alles in Plastik eingepackt und es gibt Plastik-Einwegbesteck und Pappteller, damit das Hotel Kosten für Spülpersonal spart."
