âMy stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, fresh drinking water was topped up regularly, and at the end there were great surprises such as a fruit basket, a handwritten card and more. A super sweet idea that we were very happy about. A gym that left nothing to be desired, two great pools and an extremely tasteful design rounded off the whole thing. Thanks to the Heaven Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, we had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful country and will definitely recommend the hotel complex to others.
