Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Das Master-Bad als einen Schritt in Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. Whoever is in charge of taking care of this unit is not doing their job. Broken cabinets, water stains on the ceiling from previous leaks, mold on literally every HVAC vent in the unit and in several places on the ceiling in the master bathroom, Rusty and deteriorating soap and shampoo rack on the showerhead in the master bath, etc. This property has a wonderful location but this unit is in desperate need of updating and cleaning on the interior. I would be happy to forward pictures to the owner if they would like to see them.

Since we always stay at Park Place we were very disappointed with this condo. We were very disappointed in this condo- not what we have always gotten fro Park Place Condos. We should have asked 2 b moved to another condo as the property was empty.

It's located right next to the main strip so you can walk everywhere. Cons- the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, in the bathroom the vent on the ceiling was covered in black mold. I asked to be moved and they couldn't. A man came and cleaned the vent and that was all. There needs to be a lot of yodated for the money I paid to be there. I loved the view but didn't like anything else. So for the grand I paid, I was disappointed.

The property was close to Trolley and walking distance! We loved it because it felt like we were in the woods but yet we were within walking distance and the Trolley! Would definitely stay there again!
