Inside, the cabin includes a well-planned interior that prioritizes both comfort and practicality. The open-plan living area features an oversized couch, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring and adventure. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the amenities necessary to cook your favorite meals. The cozy atmosphere, complemented by the relaxing wooded views, provides the ultimate setting for a restful night`s sleep.

Step out onto the back patio to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the solitude of nature. The cabin is within minutes to an abundance of hiking trails and outdoor adventures. After a day of exploration, relax in the private hot tub. There is also a charcoal BBQ grill located just off the back of the cabin that is the perfect spot to have a cookout. Rocky Top Retreat is the perfect complement of peaceful seclusion and convenient location. It presents a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, as well as friends and family, forging memories that will stand the test of time.

Parking for up to 3 cars. The final 1/2 mile to the cabin is on a gravel road with a small hill. The driveway is flat.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
