Theo's Treehouse has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Relax in the outdoor hot tub on one of the two large decks while listening to the sounds of the nearby hidden creek that runs through the property. The cabin's rustic yet modern style provides a perfect ambiance for a mountain getaway.

The cabin is located very close to the attractions of Gatlinburg, including Historic Downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway & Ski Resort, and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.
Ready to have some fun? Make your way downstairs, where you’ll find a large game room that also serves as a theater with its 75" smart TV. The game room has a skeeball table, board games, and puzzles.
Hot tub was a perfect way to brace the cold during a snow storm. Helpful host provided instructions for getting off the mountain during a snow storm.
Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire chalet, including the hot tub, two spacious decks, an electric fireplace, and a game room with a Skee Ball table. Enjoy family-friendly games, a fully equipped kitchen, a brand new washer and dryer, three smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking with an EV charger. You'll also have access to the community clubhouse amenities, including the pool and tennis courts. Check-in is easy with our smart lock system.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the family-friendly Chalet Village, our chalet offers a prime location just a short drive from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You're only about 3 miles from the park's Welcome/Visitor Center. As our guest, enjoy complimentary access to the Chalet Village Clubhouses, which include tennis courts and swimming pools, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The pools are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, and the tennis courts are open year-round with lights for evening matches.
Getting Around:
We are located just 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg! Ober Mountain is just 1 mile away - so close you can visit without taking the Aerial Tramway from downtown!

For your safety, please do not leave trash unattended outside (including inside your car). Please refrain from feeding bears & wildlife that call the local area home.
