PEAK RETREAT: Our 4 BR 1900 SQF cabin with beautiful mountain peak views, a fully equipped kitchen with a large family room and game room is the perfect place for your family & friends to enjoy the Smokies. Enjoy the mountain views from the upper-level porch & lower-level patio or relax in the hot tub in the nice big garden style backyard. On the upper level the cabin features a master king room with a full bathroom and on the lower level there are 2 king rooms, a bunk room and 2 full bathrooms.

THE SPACE

Walk up the front steps to the main floor; the heart of the cabin featuring large open ceiling, windows overlooking the mountains, well equipped kitchen, living & dining areas.

The living room & dining areas are furnished with a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, 65” smart TV, table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar seating four, enough room for everyone to enjoy a meal together or just sit back and watch a movie. Feel right at home in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to keep the crew happy & well fed!

Just off the living room area is a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains with plenty of space to sit & relax while taking in the view and an electric grill for those special BBQs.

On the other side of the kitchen, you will find an oversized master king room with a full bathroom and a private workspace.

Coming down the steps into the game room you will be greeted with a brand-new full wall Tennessee Americana moonshine mural in the game room. The game room features a pool table, a custom 60 in 1 arcade game built into an authentic decommissioned George Dickel whisky barrel, plenty of board & card games for the whole family, mini fridge for your drinks, a 65” TV and pub style seating to enjoy the big game!! The game room is sure to keep all ages entertained. Continue the fun on the patio just outside the game room with more seating. The washer & dryer are behind the game room.

Down the hall you will find a king room, a full bathroom, another king room with a full ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with a twin over twin log bed & a twin over full log bed, our kids love them!!

Outside you will find a large private garden style yard with a large hot tub and patio furniture. The backyard is large & flat, which is rare in the mountains so you can enjoy some outdoor games.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Peak Retreat is located on Webb Mountain in the exclusive Cobbly Nob community. The community is fronted by a sparkling mountain stream running through a beautiful 18-hole par 72 golf course designed by three-time Masters and British Open Championship Winner Gary Player.
As a guest you will have free access to two community pools and a tennis court. Cobbly Nob is the only community in the area with 24-hour security.
Cobbly Nob is just down the road from the Greenbriar entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and only a short drive to the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community, all the action of Downtown Gatlinburg and the Sugarlands entrance to GSMNP.

You will have the whole cabin to yourself!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

For your convenience we have a pack N play, highchair, and baby bath in the cabin. Please bring a sheet for the pack N play.
We provide a starter set of laundry detergent, dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, organic body soap, Mountain Fresh Nourishing shampoo, and trash bags per reservation. There is no daily housekeeping service.
PET POLICY: Guest to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $150 per stay for up to two dogs (NO CATS or other pets allowed). Max of 2 Dogs. No Aggressive breeds allowed. (Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, etc.) Dog must be under 65 lbs. Pets must be housebroken. Please see house rules for full pet conditions.
NETFLIX: You can enjoy our Netflix subscription or login to the streaming service of your choice. Please note we do not have cable at this point. All TVs are either smart TVs or equipped with a Roku device.
BBQ: There is an electric BBQ located on the upper balcony. Please note that it is just not feasible to clean this after every guest, and so you may have to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it.
The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig machine however, we do not provide K cups so be sure to bring some of your own!
Absolutely no Smoking! Smoking is only allowed in the driveway.
Security: For the safety and security of the owner and guests there is a security camera that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property. The camera does not point toward windows or the spa.
**NOTE! This cabin is winter friendly, but we do not offer refunds for weather. Please check the weather before you come and be prepared with all-wheel-drive and groceries should it snow.
Access: The front door has an electronic lock; you will be provided with the code a few days before check-in.
