Little Pond Lodge is managed by Calliday Vacation Rentals. The cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort, which offers a gated community pool with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs during summer. Please note: the pool is closed in winter (from one week after Labor Day until one week before Memorial Day).

You’ll have full access to everything the cabin offers, including the game room, hot tub, and two spacious decks. Self-check-in is easy with keyless entry, and for peace of mind, the home is equipped with a front door security camera.

We want your stay at Little Pond Lodge to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our key policies:
• Maximum Guests: 8
• Renter Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required (emailed after booking)
• Security Deposit: $300, just a holding deposit, will not charge on the card and be released after checkout
• Parties & Events: Not permitted Outdoor camera at entrance for safety
• Please keep doors & windows closed to avoid wildlife entering
• The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about.
• Parking is secure and available for up to two cars.
