Unless money is an issue or you are desperate to have a roof over your head, this resort is old and run down. Upon checking in, we went to out room to find a random guy (he worked there) sitting in the room eating his lunch. Although apologetic, his excuse was his list didnt show this room as being rented. The plumbing didnt work and the electrical outlet wouldnt hold a plug. There are 2 pools and 1 was clean and ready for use. The 2nd pool outside our balcony was still filled with green water. If you are not going to open this pool, why not drain it so it is not an eye-sore. The only good thing to say is the location is close to main drag. Definitely wont stay here again.

The shower leaked water everywhere & we had to use all our towels. When my husband went to ask for more, the night attendant said there were no more then said , “what do you think this is? The Marriott? The man immediately left. Came back with a 5th of vodka & proceeded to get drunk with another guest while sitting on our “porch”. The room stunk and the carpet was gummy. Had to wear our shoes the entire stay. Surprisingly, the beds were comfortable, even though the sheets & comforter needed replaced years ago! The gentleman who went by Country was the only good thing about the stay. He was very apologetic about our issues & got towels for us the moment we complained. He needs pay raise!

It was somewhat alright. Shower didn't work so having to bend over the tub to wash hair was an inconvenience. Carpet was sticky, couldn't walk on it barefoot because feet would be black. Beds were clean with clean linens.

Thank you for staying with us! The shower works. The faucet is one that has a ring that pulls down when the water is on to divert the water to the shower. If you would have mentioned this to any of our staff we could have explained it or showed you how it works.

It was a okay place to stay we had absolutely no hot water at all and our shower handle was broken. The beds were poorly made and could have been better. One still had dirty sheets on them.

Did you report the issue to the front desk? We would have made housekeeping come back in and re-do the room. They are in training and we are making them re-do what the forget to do. We are sorry about that.
