This chalet is located in a high-demand, prime area of Gatlinburg, TN and offers features that are extremely rare to find together.

A Truly Rare Mountain View Chalet
Many cabins and chalets in Gatlinburg are built deep in the woods with limited or seasonal views. Others may show zoomed or winter-only photos. This chalet offers year-round, unobstructed views of downtown Gatlinburg and Mt. LeConte, no matter the season.

Spring, summer, fall, or winter — the view is always there. This is why we proudly call it “Billion Dollar View.” We encourage you to read our reviews — the chalet truly lives up to its name.

A Chalet We Loved First
We rented this chalet for many years before purchasing it ourselves. After buying it, we invested heavily in renovations inside and out. It is cared for year-round and maintained to high standards.
Relax in the hot tub while watching downtown lights below, enjoy family time, or watch Space Needle fireworks from the comfort of the chalet throughout the year.
