Given the proximity to the National Park, you are almost guaranteed a sighting of one of our bear friends on one of their daily visits at Woodhaven. Woodhaven has just been updated to assure your 5-star stay! Cozy up while enjoying a fire in either of our two wood-burning fireplaces, you will feel like you are in a home away from home. Sleep like royalty on our new luxurious mattresses with fresh cotton linens and pillows in one of our 3 master suites. Equipped with a pool table w/ ping pong cover, PS5 and arcade game, your kids are certain to be entertained while you enjoy the view sipping on your coffee from the Keurig Cafe or margarita mixed in the Ninja blender. The 'party deck' features outdoor games, relaxing chairs and a hot tub, cleaned between stays, and nicely lit with cafe lighting for evening ambiance. Meals can be enjoyed indoors our out on either the front or back decks while enjoying wooded or scenic mountain views.

Upstairs, the king-master suites are located on opposite sides of the cabin creating plenty of privacy for groups traveling together. Downstairs, the queen suite is also separated from the bunk room giving 4 uniquely private spaces. Take a breath away from your group, streaming your favorite service in any of the 4 bedrooms or enjoy a movie together in either of the two living spaces.


More About Our Location & Layout:

Unlike other cabins, your view will not be obstructed by buildings at Woodhaven. You will feel isolated yet be just a quick drive down the road to Gatlinburg and all of the other major attractions in the area. Enjoy the serenity of birds chirping undisturbed by traffic and watch the bears as they tour around the property from either deck. During winter months, you will catch a glimpse of Ober's Ariel Tramway and it ferries visitors up the mountain.

Located in Chalet Village, the most coveted neighborhood in Gatlinburg, you'll be just minutes away from all of the tourist attractions and the Smoky Mountain National Park while having access to three clubhouses with seasonal pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, walking trails and more. Situated on a private lot away from other cabins, guests will enjoy nothing but serenity and uninterrupted vistas making the cabin feel remote, yet close to everything.

Pools & Clubhouses:

Pools and clubhouses are open from Memorial Day weekend to the week following Labor Day. Gym available at South Baden Clubhouse Mon-Fri during work hours during the off season. You must call to verify prior to arrival.

Things to Note:
-Reservations made and cancelled on Vrbo will receive a 97% refund to cover the 3% charge for credit card processing
-Security camera installed on lower deck at entrance
-Alexa devices used to control smart house features
-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway
-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided
-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window
