Ferienparadies | 7 Schlafzimmer für 24 Personen | Privater Pickleball-Platz, Seeblick & Strandzugang

The Ultimate Bear Lake Family Reunion Home
Holiday Haven was built for big groups who want to be together. This 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat on Sweetwater Hill sleeps up to 24 guests and delivers what large families actually need: enough beds, enough bathrooms, a massive kitchen, and room to spread out without losing each other.
Your Own Pickleball Court
Challenge the cousins on the private pickleball court painted right in the driveway. No reservations, no waiting, no driving—just grab paddles and play whenever you want. It's become the favorite feature for competitive families.
Views Worth Waking Up For
Perched above the Sweetwater Golf Course, Holiday Haven offers panoramic views of the fairways and Bear Lake in the distance. Morning coffee on the deck hits different when you're looking at turquoise water and green hills.
Beach Days Made Easy
Your stay includes access to Ideal Beach, where your crew can swim in the pool, lounge on the sandy beach, or play tennis. You're also just minutes from Bear Lake State Park marina for boat launching, plus nearby jetski, kayak, and paddleboard rentals.
A Kitchen That Can Handle Your Crew
Feeding 24 people requires serious kitchen infrastructure. Holiday Haven delivers with two full-size refrigerators, a large island, and all the cookware and dishes you need for family-style meals. The open gathering room means the cooks stay part of the conversation.
Year-Round Adventure Access
Summer brings boating, golf, and beach days. But Holiday Haven shines in winter too—ATV and snowmobile trails are accessible directly from the property, and you're close to cross-country skiing and ice fishing on the lake.
