„Great location near Garden City amenities. Ground floor Condo was a short walk from the parking lot and located near the pool. Comfy furnishings including the king size bed. Quiet location even though there were lots of other people utilizing the complex.“

„Great place right in Garden City. You can walk to LaBeau’s!!! Beautiful pool on the premises and other amenities opening soon. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lawn area. Our house was well planned with comfortable beds, giant refrigerator, lots of common space, and plenty of parking. We didn’t know it was part of a triplex type arrangement but that didn’t much affect us. Norm, the manager was on the premises and was very helpful as was Adam online.“

It's an amazing place to stay if you are sharing with another family as it has 3 levels: ground with kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining, living room, and balcony with ample views; lower level with 2 bedrooms (one of them sleeps 4), laundry and bathroom; and upper levels with master bedroom, second bedroom (sleeps 4) and bathroom. The only complaint is that the checkout is at 10 a.m. and the check-in is not until 4 p.m., which differs from typical hotel schedules and is ...

„Walking distance to park, market, milkshakes. Walking/Bike path runs right in front of building. Close to the beach. Pool was a favorite with the kids. We didn’t realize this was a triplex when we made the reservation but we never heard any sounds through the adjoining wall. We had 38 people and there are not 38 chairs and bar stools in the dining area but we made it work just fine. Everyone had a great time.“
