The space

Welcome to the Black Badger Retreat, our modern 6-bedroom home in the heart of Garden City, UT. This stunning property is the perfect place to enjoy a family gathering, a mountain adventure, or a relaxing beach holiday in Northern Utah.

The house is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, washer/dryer, and a nursery area with a crib and blackout curtains. You'll also have access to nearby hiking and biking trails, ATV/snowmobile trails, the Marina, and equipment rentals for water sports and ATVs.

When you're ready to relax, enjoy the private 8-person hot tub or challenge your family to a friendly game on the foosball table or a Mario Kart tournament on the Nintendo Switch. In the summer, you'll also have access to the nearby clubhouse with an outdoor pool, hot tub, and jungle gym.

The house features two private back patios with outdoor lounge areas and furniture, providing a stunning view of Bear Lake. You'll also have bicycles provided for your use, including 14 adult bikes, 2 youth bikes, and a child trailer. Free trailer parking is available nearby.

Guests have access to the entire house, and all the amenities. Clubhouse amenities are available between 9 am and 9 pm during the Summer months.
