The primary bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Combined with the full sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. Whether youâre looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!
Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.
Beach access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: One pet is welcome with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if youâre planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Paid street parking only.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
