Diese Eigenschaft ist in einer großartigen Lage für Ferien. Es befindet sich im gehobenen Las Americas Komplex. Das heißt, es ist in Corralejo Town. Es ist kein Ausweg, um Sie von einer Stadtlage zu überzeugen, wie es heutzutage üblich ist (zum Beispiel La Cappellenia und andere).

Dieser gut gelegene Eckbungalow bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Der Bungalow befindet sich in der Stadt Corralejo (in der Nähe des Wasserparks 'Baku'). Der Komplex ist Las Americas, eine sichere Wohnanlage. Es ist ein einfacher Spaziergang zum Beginn des Naturparks und zu den Bars und Geschäften im Stadtzentrum. Das Anwesen befindet sich in der gleichen Reihe wie der Swimmingpool in der Nähe (die meisten nicht), daher ist dies auch ein Plus für das Haus.

Es bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen in den beiden Schlafzimmern der Unterkunft (Schlafzimmer 2 bietet Platz für 3 Personen) und in einem der drei Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer.

Es gibt eine spektakuläre 60sq. m Dach Solarium mit Blick auf Lanzarote und die Berge. Es gibt eine abgelegene 50sq. m geflieste hintere Terrasse mit Grill (BBQ). Die beiden Terrassen sind sehr privat und windgeschützt. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz.

Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool und ein Kinderbecken. High-Speed-ADSL 10 MB (schnelles Internet) - digital, direkt im Telefon (10-mal schneller als die meisten). Es gibt Liegestühle, Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, Sonnenschirm.

comfortable house with with excellent privaty
Everything as described! I enjoyed every day in the house, the very private terrace and roof solarium. Breakfast on the roof with wonderfull view to the vulcanic mountains. I also enjoyed the walking tours in the impressive vulcanic landscape or along the coastline. The location is good for day trips in northern part and also down to central Fuerteventura.

We had a wonderful vacation in a holiday apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, and I'd like to share a positive review: We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this holiday apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was charming, with a cozy courtyard that we loved spending time in. The sunny rooftop terrace was a real highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. One of the best features was the nearby pool, which we often had all to ourselves. It provided a peaceful retreat where we could unwind and cool off. Additionally, the convenience of having shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus. We can't recommend this place enough, and we're already looking forward to returning. It was a truly fantastic experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday destination in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Home from Home
Exactly as the online description and photos. The bungalow is on a quiet and secure gated complex with parking. The communal pool is excellent and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds, it's about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the main strip in Corralejo. There is also a Lidl and large Mercadona supermarket, bars / restaurants and a taxi rank within a few minutes walk. The Bungalow itself is immaculately clean with comfy beds with 2 TVs and high speed internet, every home from home extra comfort has been thought of. The outside space is amazing with sunbeds , table and chairs BBQ it even has a small covered area with seating if the sun gets too much ,where we enjoyed a lot of time just chilling with a drink. The roof terrace has amazing views with yet more outside furniture and is a real sun trap during the day and has great views of the sky and stars at night. One of the best asset of this property is Kevin and Margaret whom welcomed us and were only a text or phone call away if needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat its an amazing place to recharge and spend some quality family time, big thank you to Lain for letting us stay at his property.

Great 10 night break in April, picked up and dropped off at the airport by Margaret and Kevin who have a lot of useful information about the property which was as advertised and the island itself. Very spacious apartment and we spent a lot of time up on the roof terrace. A 20 minute walk into the main resort which is a perfect distance for us and lots of things to do close at hand. Would recommend staying here for a chilled out and relaxing break.

Great communication pre stay and really helpful at check in and out. Brilliant apartment for the 2 of us - very well equipped (even had straighters). Loved the roof terrace, so peaceful and amazing views It’s about a 30 min walk to main crater egich is what we like and there are nearby bars and restaurants too, Ugly Duckling is our fave but you have to book in advance. Lots of taxis around for those that need them and only 5 euros to centre. One of the best equipped apartments I’ve stayed in and would definetely recommend.

Perfect location for a quiet sunshine holiday
Well equipt bungalow with patio and roof terrace. Two large supermarkets nearby. Good choice of places to eat nearby - 10 minute walk. Access to a great swimming pool by key fob. Very secure feel as road and pedestrian access is controlled. Dedicated driveway parking. Great level of tech for the evenings with plenty of TV channels. Agents were great at arrival and departure. We had no need to make contact during our stay as everything was spot on. Tried to book for next year while we were there but too slow! Definitely on our list for future trips to Fuerteventura.

Wij werden opgewacht door Magareth, die samen met haar man Kevin, ons aanspreekpunt was. Zij verzorgde ons de incheck. Het werd ons duidelijk dat alles in het huis aanwezig was (zelfs afwasmiddel etc.) en alles er nog beter uit zag dan op de foto’s. De inrichting was prima, tv met extreem veel kanalen en alles wat je nodig hebt in een keuken was er. De tuin met bistro setje, twee ligbedden en een heerlijke loungebank onder een afdak, waar je in de schaduw kon chillen! Op het grote dakterras ook nog drie ligbedden en een picknick bank, waar wij heerlijk genoten van de “afternoon sun”. Ook het zwembad, op ongeveer 40 meter van het huisje, was perfect. Als verbeterpunt kunnen we aangeven dat de voordeur lastig opent / sluit en wij vonden de bedden erg doorhangen. Dit laatste punt is heel persoonlijk, zeker gezien wij thuis net nieuwe harde matrassen hebben. Algemene indruk: een aanrader!

La villetta si trova in una zona appena fuori dal centro di Corralejo (5/10 min a piedi) e vicinissima a servizi come i supermercati lidl e mercadona. La casa é accogliente e adatta a 4 persone Fantastici sono gli spazi esterni con sdrai, divani, poltrone, barbecue che é proprio ciò che cerchi quando sei a Fuerte. Comodo il parcheggio davanti all' ingresso e bella la piscina comunitaria sempre pulita e libera. Direi adatta davvero a tutti, tranne a chi vuol dormire fino a tardi visto che non ci sono oscuranti per le finestre se non una tendina e i vicini un po' chiassosi, ma davvero niente che possa rovinare questa bella esperienza. Tornerei super volentieri

Good property as described
A very well equipped apartment which made nights where we cooked very easy. Good outside space and sheltered for when it is windy. Great communication with the owners prior to arrival and also their representative on the island. It is a bit of a walk to the old town, maybe 25 to 30 minutes and the dunes are really a taxi ride. However, ti stay closer is more expensive.

We ware picked up by Kevin and brought us to the property.Kevin showed us around the property explaining everything as he went showed us the where the nearest supermarket was .The property was spotless due to the efforts of Kevin and Margret,communication with Kevin was excellent we had a problem with the fridge which packed up on Christmas eve Kevin sorted out a temporary solution until we got the new fridge .The property was spacious bedrooms a good size as was the living room with new sofas and TV with all the stations you could wish for. Bed was very comfy great sleep after a hectic day Outside space was the best I have ever had nice corner unit. loungers and table in the patio area upstairs on the roof loungers and table with good views.Supermarkets 750m from property and approx 20-25 minutes walk to town center. A great experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good holiday experiance

Wonderful winter sun break
Property is excellently located, on outer edge of Corralejo but an easy 20 min walk into the main strip. Two supermarkets less than 5 mins away. Outdoor space is amazing with wonderful solarium for sun worshippers. Backyard is sunny too but lovely rattan furniture underneath covered pergola provides shade if required. Kevin & Margaret who look after the property are amazing and always on hand to assist with any issues that are swiftly dealt with. Pool is at the end of the road, hardly any distance and often just yourselves using it. Only downsides are lack of air conditioning but fans are provided in the bedrooms. Property can get quite warm and stuffy but you acclimatise quickly. Two doors down a resident must keep birds which to begin with are quite annoying, frequent screeching, but again you get used to it.

Love the location, close enough to walk into the centre of Corralejo but more peaceful, not in the middle of the buzz but enough local amenities (supermarket etc). This property stood out for its wonderful outdoor spaces, lovely secluded patio with barbecue and rattan furniture and a roof terrace for all day sunshine. We also had superb Wi-Fi and a full package of TV channels, well equipped kitchen (not that we cooked anything !). Would we come back ? Definitely, that says it all. Also thanks to Kev and Margaret who were on hand for anything we needed and were good enough to check in with us to see everything was OK after an overnight storm.. Thank you Iain, we will be looking to book again.

Lovely stay, apartment good, lovely enclosed downstairs patio plus roof terrace , pool often empty , doors walk to some excellent eateries and bars , supermarkets nearby, about a 15 minute walk into town, transfer arranged with Kevin and Margaret who were both excellent representatives, really enjoyable stay . There is no air con for those booking but fans in bedrooms , TV has every channel you can imagine, football heaven !!

Lovely villa with almost everything you need
Lovely property on the edge of Corralejo. Was told it was very quiet but very noisy. Couldn't sit outside afternoon/evening. Disappointed that owner knew this and didn't mention it. Several things need attention - no visitor book, no advice if an emergency, phone number etc, no Parasol (well there is one but has no spokes left!) No instructions to work tv/cooker/washing machine. Outside seating area fabulous and very comfortable and roof terrace lovely with great views. Supermarkets very close by. Lovely large swimming pool and extremely quiet, we had it to ourselves most visits.
