„We’ve been vacationing in the area for 30+ years and this is our first time on Fripp. The villa is above the islands convenience store and gift shop. There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided. „First of all the lack of communication was a major issue I direct messaged through the app about a possibility of an early check in on Monday keep in mind the trip was in 6 days I never got a response . The day before we had not received our check in instructions or the door code I had to call Vrbo and chase down some one to get that info .
