Service ausgezeichnet
Mit dem Zimmer waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Klimaanlage könnte etwas leiser sein. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück super. Große Auswahl, besonders lecker waren die frisch zubereiteten Waffeln. Manko: wenig Platz im Speiseraum, zwei Tische mit je drei Stühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dame an der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam, beim Frühstück wurde alles sofort gesäubert und aufgefüllt und selbst das Lächeln fehlte nicht. Das Hotel liegt zwar an einem Hwy, jedoch ist die Straße nachts kaum befahren. Wir fühlten uns nicht gestört. Gerne noch einmal .

Schönes Zimmer, absolut mangelhafter Service
Älteres, aber sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer Mangelhafter Service: die Dame am Frontdesk glaubte mir nicht, dass der Übernachtungspreis bereits im Voraus bezahlt war und buchte ihn nochmals ab, 3 Stunden später erkannte sie ihren Fehler und veranlasste eine Rückerstattung - das kann passieren, jedoch hätte ich zumindest ein Wort der Entschuldigung erwartet ... ebenso keinerlei Informationen über das Frühstück, den Pool, das Internet ... Für das Frühstück gab es für sämtliche Hotelgäste nur 2 kleine Tische mit insgesamt 6 Stühlen (!), nach einer halben Stunde Anstehen mussten wir erst die Reste des vorigen Gastes wegräumen und den Tisch abwischen - die anwesenden Hotelbediensteten haben unseren Aktionen nur interessiert zugesehen ... Zum Glück haben wir die letzten Scheiben Toastbrot erhalten, denn kein Artikel wurde nachgefüllt ...

This hotel really surprised me, I had low expectations going in and it surpassed all of them. The breakfast was good, the tv had a ton of channels, the rooms were nice, it was located around a lot of stores and places to eat and the service was very good. The only complaint I have is their small parking lot, but that was only minor since they had enough spots just a farther walk when the spots in front filled up.

Property is great, my wife accidentally forgot her little mermaid, backpack, so they gave us a call 30 minutes after leaving, luckily, were still in the area where we were able to go back and retrieve the item, I love their honesty, and their quality of professionalism
