Personal wenig hilfsbereit. Sehr, wirklich sehr unfreundlich. Frontdesk wimmelt einen ab mit unverständlich gemurmelten Ausreden. Laute Gäste. Zimmer nicht im Obergeschoss, wie gewünscht. Defekte Toilette. Vorhang defekt, konnte nicht aufgemacht werden. Deshalb hatte ich keine Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Check in und Ankunft um 15.00h, aber das Essen wurde abggäumt. Es gab nichts mehr. Türkarte funtionierte nicht. Türe klemmte und die Karte musste wiederholt neu programmiert werden und funtionierte dennoch nicht. Der Strand und die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön. Schade, dass sich das Management nicht mehr Mühe gibt und aus diesem Resort was tolles macht.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr erholsamer, ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war insgesamt o.k.. Die Anlage ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. An vielen Stellen (auch in den Zimmern) blättert die Farbe und der Putz platz ab. Holzbrüstungen an den Balkonen und Laubengängen waren teilweise angefault. In den Sanitäreinrichtungen (Dusche, Wasserhähne) waren deutlich sichtbare Kalkablagerungen. Die Möblierung wies teilweise Macken und Abnutzungen auf. Es hat jedoch alles (Klima, Warmwasser, Internet, Elektrik) durchgängig funktioniert und es war sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren teilweise fleckig, jedoch frisch gewaschen. Die Anlage war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts wenig gebucht und es war sehr ruhig. Liegen am schönen Sandstrand mit Palmen waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Am Pool waren auch immer ausreichend Liegen verfügbar. Das Essen am Buffet war umfangreich und die Auswahl für den Preis angemessen. Es wurde immer und rechtzeitig nachgelegt, wenn ein Speisebehälter leer wurde. Wenn man bei Öffnung des Buffets gegessen hat, war das Essen auch noch warm, später dann leider nur noch lauwarm oder kalt. Das Essen in den beiden Restaurants (Italienisch, Viva Cafe) die wir besucht haben, war sehr gut. Die Auswahl an inkludierten Cocktails war sehr groß. Leider wurden für die Zubereitung der Cocktails qualitativ weniger gute Spirituosen verwendetet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Positiv: Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer geräumig. Das Essen ganz gut. Ausflüge preislich okay. Nahe am Flughafen. Negativ: Das Personal (gerade Restaurant und Rezeption) war super unfreundlich. Mein Zimmer (gebucht mit Meerblick) hatte ihn wenn ich mich vom Balkon zur Seite lehnte. Ein anderes Zimmer gab es nicht. Die Zwischentür zum Nebenzimmer war versehentlich offen und meine Nachbarn standen plötzlich in meinem. Alles in allem war es trotzdem nett. Ich war zum ausspannen ohne Kinder und Mann da und viiiel am Strand.

An sich eine gute Lage direkt am Strand, das war es dann aber auch schon. Personal will einen direkt nach dem Einchecken in ein Verkaufsgespräch weiterleiten, um was es dabei genau ging weiß ich nicht da wir darauf nicht näher eingegangen sind. Es ist zwar All-In aber auch dort wird unterschieden dies sieht man anhand der Bänder. Essen ist sehr schlecht gewesen, Getränke wie immer gechlort. Zimmer schmutzig, ich kann gut über staub oä hinweg sehen aber wenn in der Dusche Haare der letzten 5 Bewohner vorzufinden sind und irgendwelche Toilettenpapier reste in der dusche sind.

Traumhafter Strand
Strand traumhaft, es gab (im Oktober) genug freie Liegen unter Palmen. Man kann kostenlos Kanufahren, Stand-up-paddeling und Segeln. Die Fahrräder, die man ebenfalls kostenlos leihen kann, sind in einem extrem schlechten Zustand. In der Umgebung gibt es eigentlich nicht viel, was man sich angucken könnte. Zimmer sind insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Essen gut.

The property and beach were gorgeous, staff were all very friendly. The room we had was pretty dated but the air conditioning was super cold, that isn’t something we always find on islands. Food wasn’t bad for a buffer, a decent variety. We will definitely be back in the future.

We did the all inclusive, and this included your food and alcoholic drinks. The food was horrible. We had to go out to eat at a restaurant every night off the property. The alcohol in the drinks was watered down completely. We also had to go to the liquor store and borrow own bottle of rum, we told the bartender that we bought our own bottle of rum that wasn’t watered down and they were like wow you’ve got the Good rum The shows were amazing very good entertainment. The view was amazing. Beach was beautiful room was clean. OK my only complaint was the food and drinks.

For perspective on this review, I've stayed at roughly 20 all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. Family getaway for 4 adults May 16-19 2024. We chose this particular resort because of their on-site scuba facility (more on this later). The resort itself is very nice. Property is a bit older, but well maintained and kept clean. Check in was easy. Rooms are small, but adequate for two guests. Large pool area that never felt too crowded. Beach is vast and STUNNING with plenty of chairs and palm trees for some shade. You can really spread out for your own spot. For us, the beach was the best area of the resort. As for restaurants, there are a few reservation-only restaurants and the typical buffet restaurant. We did not eat at the reservation-only restaurants. The buffet restaurant was good. About what we've experienced at other all-inclusives. Good variety and they mix up the offerings from day-to-day. There is also a beach grill for burgers, dogs, etc. As for the bars, there are two main bars. Lobby bar and beach bar. Both were fine. No top shelf booze, but your typical tropical offerings. Our complaint with the bars was that they closed the beach bar about 15 minutes earlier than posted everyday. As for the entertainment, I can't comment on that because we did not see much of that.

The property is outdated in some areas. We did not have hot water the first night because no one told us to turn it the opposite way and let it run for a while. We were having trouble with our key, but they work all that out. The food was very good. would have been better if it would’ve stayed hot. The entertainment and staff was amazing. I would definitely come stay again.

Very disappointed, this was a gift for my husband for his B-day. Gave us the key of an occupied room to start, the add offers 4 restaurants which is NOT TRUE, 1 buffet area no that big deal and 1 small mexican place that needs reservations. We arrived at 4 pm, without lunch and was IMPOSSIBLE to get something to eat in a ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN. The front desk sent us to the pool area for food to find empty trays full of flies. The convenient store do not charge to the room, and do not accept purchases for less than $10. The bar tender of the area pool is very rude and disrespectful. But who cares, I have been reading the bad reviews, sadly after and no before booking, and the answer from the hotel it is always the same, copy and paste non sense answer. I wanted something special for my husband and ended very embarrassed. I don't understand how Expedia do not check the veracity of the places that they promote. A totally fraud!

It was a bit rundown and my door lock didn’t work half the time. There were also a lot of property perks and features I couldn’t use because I wasn’t a member or VIP that no one warned me about. The beach and pool were beautiful but small. The food was average and limited. Everyone was very friendly and helpful except for “engineering” who took 5 reports on three different days before they came to fix my door.

I had no hot water for 3 an 1/2 days. I repeatedly asked to move room's and was not moved until 3 1/2 days later. That to me is unacceptable. Other than that the resort was ok.

We came for our honeymoon and we were put in a horrible room - got into room, was hair in the shower drain, the bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned and then I got bitten by bed bugs - it was horrible - almost 14 days of itchy skin, massive red bumps all over my arms and neck and back. They comped us a week but still we paid a lot to come here for 3w and it was the first vacation in 6 years so pretty disgusting to have to spend the first 2 weeks of it so uncomfortable and stuck ina long sleeve shirt to hide the bites, reluctantly moved us to a much nicer room that was really clean but the hotel is tired, the activities around the pool are very noisy and it’s all day long, boom boom - not that relaxing unfortunately but great for if you are coming to drink and party I guess. I think the local staff are not treated that well by management here either at times because a lot of them don’t seem overly happy, having travelled to the Bahamas many times it’s my first time seeing locals not very up beat. It’s the right price but know what you are getting will reflect that. Food is very oily as well with limited options of lean protein. But the fish on the grill was always really good - I know the staff try but again management and owners of this hotel don’t really care is the feel we got. Get out of the hotel, rent a car or a scooter and experience the true friendliness and culture outside of this place, it’s a beautiful island and people are very friendly and helpful. Good luck!

Housekeeping needs to do better , I did not like that our room smelled like straight up bleach, I had the do not disturb pass on the door and housekeeping knocked on the door and I had to yell through the door nicely to come later , she still unlocked the door with master keys. I was a little disturb after that. Overall all staff are very nice. Great location, fun activities and shows everyday.

Its average The staff member didn't fix my window cover while i made complaint about. By the time i checked out at 6 am in the morning nobody was at the desk so i ended up giving my keys to transport guy. Food was average not many fish items. Overall average.
